Siam Bistro has quickly established itself as a beloved destination for Asian cuisine in Tallahassee, particularly after its recent move to the Bannerman Publix plaza. Diners rave about the freshness and quality of the dishes, with standout selections including the Summer Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, and the renowned Drunken Noodles. The Sushi offerings, especially the Sashimi Deluxe, receive high praise for their exquisite preparation and vibrant flavors. The warm, welcoming atmosphere adds to the dining experience, making it a popular spot—especially for couples on date nights. Cindy Ross describes the bustling ambiance and splendid service from Justin at the bar, noting that the owners' hands-on approach ensures a high caliber of sushi. Diners like Kyle Oathout appreciate the considerate staff, particularly in accommodating dietary restrictions without compromising on taste or portion size. For those seeking authenticity, Jan Christopher Vogt and Alan Madsen commend the Massaman Curry and Soft Shell Crab, both often associated with expert preparation that showcases genuine Asian flavors. While the new intimate space may be cozy, it radiates charm and lends an air of exclusivity—perfect for a memorable dining experience. Yum indeed! Siam Bistro is not just a meal; it's a culinary adventure worth exploring in depth.

Siam Bistro exceeds all expectations - every time we dine!! Tonight we had Summer Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Drunken Noodles, and King Kong Roll - YUM, YUM!!!! Justin at the bar provides splendid service, and owners roll spectacular sushi while overseeing the operation. Their recent move to the Bannerman Publix plaza seems to be paying off big time, they are always packed! We LOVE this place!!!

Mid morning visit between breakfast and lunch. Outside eating was clean and well spaced. Staff was kind and responsive to a dairy allergy one of us had. Food was generous portion wise, delicious, fresh, and worth the money.

The Sashimi deluxe was the best one in the Tallahassee area I have tried. Great flavor, variety and prepared with love. The Soft Shell crab starter was fantastic. The Massaman Curry very good. The Tom Yum authentic, so eat it as a side with rice not as a starter :). One of my new favorite places in the area.

I hadn’t been to Siam Bistro in ages. No reason in particular. Decided to try their new location since I can literally walk there. Absolutely did not disappoint. Best Asian north of I10. Pros: Food is amazing. You can taste the freshness and ingredients. Especially in those sauces. And the spring rolls are to die for. Sushi and sashimi were perfectly cut and prepared and plating was beautiful. Also, service was on point. For being in that location for only a week you could tell they have good leadership and training because everything was very smooth and fast. Even after a big rush of tables, ticket times were very fast. Cons: The new location is very intimate. Read, not a lot of seats. And that’s fine. But this is not a location for a big group and once they are busy it’s filled immediately. Go early or call ahead. Great for a date night or double date though.

First time visiting this restaurant. What a refreshing addition to our area. Atmosphere was comfortable. Service was very good. Food came out timely and best of all, it was delicious. I had the filet steak over basil fried rice. Fresh cooked perfection. My guests had the beef and broccoli and several sushi rolls which they enjoyed. Must try the crab ration spring rolls that melt in your mouth. Nice job!

I can only describe this place in a few words.. mind blowing, and next level come to mind. We had the spicy tuna roll and Hawaiian roll which were both perfectly fresh and flavorful and the combination of flavors on the Hawaiian were mind boggling. Their take on a fried green tomato was outrageously flavorful and paired perfectly with the crab meat and sauces it was topped with. I also had the Mongolian beef with pineapple fried rice with crab meat and all the flavors meshed well and took a very typical meal and made it very special. If you haven't tried them, make it a priority. This is by far one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while, maybe ever. Went for a second time and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The food was still quite good, but I think more down to earth from the last experience. Still a fan of the tempura fried green tomatoes with crab on top. Great place to go when I'm in the area.

We’ve enjoyed several meals at Siam Bistro, the latest being at their new Bannerman location. First off, the new restaurant is lovely. While being smaller than the previous spot, indoor and outdoor seating areas are nicely decorated and make for an intimate dining experience. The servers have always been friendly and helpful when it comes to asking for descriptions and suggestions. We enjoy the Happy Hour specials (can sample many dishes at a good price), tuna poke, sushi and fried rice. Good flavors and nicely presented. We’ll be back and we would recommend to others.

Food is wonderful! The new restaurant is lovely. Service has some kinks to work out in efficiency but that is management. Server was so polite and kind.
